We write $25-100K initial checks, then follow on based on performance. We’re flexible on Instruments.

We ask ourselves three main questions when investing:

• Is the company playing the Venture Game or The Sovereignty Game?
• Is the company a capital-efficient tech-enabled services company with a path to escape velocity (profits at scale)?
• Do we believe in the founder & strategy and want to team up?

For $25-50K checks, our diligence process involves:

• One or more meetings to get to know the company.
• Asynchronous review of the blurb, deck, financials, website and any other basic online research and network consultation.
• A YES from an investment committee Team member as the senior sponsor + one co-sponsor either on the investment committee or a senior partner at Invisible or in any of our Infinity companies.

For $75-100K checks, our diligence process is more substantial, requires a YES from the majority of the investment committee and involves preparing a formal investment memo.
